SleepAssist Blend

A blend of the most relaxing and soothing essential oils, to help you get to sleep more quickly and find more restful sleep.  This blend includes a base oil to allow for direct application.

Blended into Jojoba Oil.  Can be inserted into a roller ball container for direct application to pulse points as part of your bedtime routine.

Blended Oils/Properties:    Lavender  – Soothing, Lemon – uplifting, Marjoram – normalizing, Chamomile – Calming in  Jojoba Oil.

Contains:  Lavender (Lavandula Angustifolia), Lemon (Citrus Limonum), Marjoram (Origanum Marjorana) and Chamomile (Anthemis Nobilis), Jojoba Oil.

Presentation:  Supplied in blue glass bottles with tamper evident cap and integrated dropper.

Application:

Baths: blend 5-8 drops in a teaspoon of carrier oil and add to bath.

Massages: add 2-3 drops of essential oils to 1 tablespoonful of carrier oil Vaporisation: add 2-4 drops of essential oils to a burner, aroma stone or aroma stream .

Caution: Not for internal use. Consult your GP before if you are pregnant or have a medical condition, before using.

Shelf Life and Preservatives: 12 months from time of opening.

Storage Keep lids on and integral droppers in place. Always keep in original Bottles. Keep out of the reach of Children and Pets. Store out of Direct Sunlight at normal room temperature.

Use:  If irritation occurs discontinue use.
