This is a great oil to have in your home care kit. It is not surprising then that it was known as “the healing oil”.
It is one of our favourites in blends during the winter months for its ability to protect against common winter ailments to alleviate the discomfort of cold symptoms as well as helping to restore emotional equilibrium. It helps support lung functions and boosts the immune system.
It is also helpful in reducing bacterial and fungal growth as well as helping to manager minor pains or inflammations. We use this in our BreatheEasy blend. It is often used as an alternative to Tea Tree for its more attractive scent as well as the fact that it is non-irritating, non-toxic and non-sensitising.
