This is a blend we recommended you make up, in our winter November 2019 blog, if being ill was not an option. We have made up a small batch of this blend, that we feel will help boost your immune system and aid with recovery should you succumb to any of the coronavirus symptoms.
As well as other oils well known for their benefits, this blend also contains lemon that it is also an antiviral.
Diffuse this blend for a minimum of 20 minutes each day. Just a few drops is needed.
Blend Ingredients
Eucalyptus – Antimicrobial, antibacterial, antiviral, helps treat, coughs, colds and flu symptoms.
Tea Tree – Eases congestion and respiratory tract infections.
Lemon – Strong germicidal properties
Thyme – Antiseptic qualities are ideal for relieving cold and cough symptoms.
Cinnamon – antibiotic, antimicrobial properties stimulates the immune system
