This blend contains Ginger for its balancing and stabilising influence. Lemon which is uplifting to the spirit. Lime for its ability to revitalise and refresh. Peppermint for its ability to aid memory and concentration and Ylang Ylang, for its confidence promoting properties.

Contains: Ginger (Zingiber Officinalis), Lemon (Citrus Limonum), Lime (Citrus Aurantifolia), Peppermint (Mentha Arvensis) and Ylang Ylang (Cananga Odorata)
Use: Use in your diffuser or oil burner. Mixed at 3% with a carrier oil for applying to body. Can be applied to the base of the feet for absorption, the nape of the neck and can also be inhaled.
Container: Blue glass 10ml bottle.
