Top Oils for Headaches
Headaches are one of those this that can affect anyone regardless of gender, age or race. Over 50% of people suffer from a headache at some time.
There are, of course, different types of headaches, but the most common are tension headaches or minor headaches because they come and go, are infrequent and are not triggered by another medical condition. If you ever suffer from this type of headache then reaching for a natural remedy of essential oil or essential oil blend is a preferred option to reaching for a form of medicine.

Simple Headache Recipe 1
Rosemary 2 drops
Peppermint 2 drops
1 teaspoon of coconut oil

The cause of tension headaches are normally stressful situations, so pay attention to the events or situations that trigger your headaches and resolve to tackle them. However, for immediate relief, make essential oils should your first point of call.
The recipe contains peppermint, so avoid using this blend in the late evening or just before retiring to bed, as it is stimulating and can affect your ability to sleep. Peppermint on its own is effective for headaches. I include it as part of my basic essential oil first aid kit.
