This Stress Relief blend contains essential oils to help you release the symptoms of mental stress causing irritability, headaches or insomnia.

Blended Oils: Bergamot, Patchouli, Orange, Ylang Ylang, Thyme.

Blend Properties:    Bergamot – carmative; Patchouli – stimulating of nervous system:  Orange – uplifting: Ylang Ylang – comforting:  Thyme – clarigying:

Uses:

Contains: Bergamot (Citrus Bergamia Risso et Poit), Patchouli (Pogostemon Cablin), Orange (Citrus Sinensis), Ylang Ylang (Cananga Odorata) and Thyme (Thymus Vulgaris).

Emotional:  Aids in the recouping of emotional control.

Physical:  Rejuvenating on the skin. Suitable for skin allergies.

Presentation:  Supplied in blue glass bottles with tamper evident cap and integrated dropper.

 Application: Baths: blend 5-8 drops in a teaspoon of carrier oil and add to bath
Massages: add 2-3 drops of essential oils to 1 tablespoonful of carrier oil.
Vaporisation: add 2-4 drops of essential oils to a burner, aroma stone or aroma stream.
Caution: Not for internal use. Consult your GP before if you are pregnancy or have a medical condition, before using.
