If you find your hair is beginning to thin or even fall out more than is usual. Here is a recipe to help stimulate your scalp and help slow hair loss or encourage growth.  If that’s the issue for you here is a recipe that will you can add to your current regime.

Look for, and address the causes of hair loss where you can.  Look at parents and relatives to see if it might be genetic.  The cause of your hair loss can sometimes be a physiological imbalance such as nutritional, stress, illness, yoyo dieting or fast weight loss.

This is a scalp Massage Oil that you leave on overnight and wash off in the morning. Use as part of your bedtime routine.  You can even add a few drops to your shampoo to improve results.

Basic Hair loss and Regrowth Overnight Scalp Conditioner (20ml)

Grapeseed Oil – 20ml

Jojoba Oil – 4ml

Lavender Essential Oil – 3 drops

Thyme Essential Oil – 4 droops

Rosemary – 4 drops

To make up: Combine all the ingredients in a 30ml bottle

Use: Pour a small amount into your palm and gently rub both hands together.  Evenly spread the formula over your scalp.  Starting at the top of your forehead, gently massage your scalp this oil for up to 5 minutes. Leave in overnight.  In the morning rinse and condition your hair as normal.  Repeat 2-3 times per week.

If your hair loss is quite extreme do consult a doctor.
